Terms of use

This is a translation of the Turkish original. If the two differ, the Turkish version applies.

Effective: October 13, 2026. These terms cover the Premium Player app and the preplay.cc site. When you save your first source of your own — in the app, or when sending a list to a TV on preplay.cc/tv — you accept these terms and the privacy policy, including usage statistics, as the line below the button says.

  • Premium Player is a player; it does not provide or sell channels, films or series.
  • Having the right to use the source you connect is your responsibility.
  • The app is free and is provided as is.

What Premium Player is

Premium Player is an IPTV player that runs on Android TV, Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, Linux and in the web browser. It opens and plays an Xtream Codes account or an M3U list that you add. No stream, channel list, film or series is provided, sold or brokered by Premium Player.

Your responsibility

  • Connect to the app only sources you have the right to use. Whether the content of a source complies with copyright and broadcasting rights is the responsibility of whoever offers you that source, and yours.
  • You may not use the app for any purpose contrary to the laws in force.
  • The username and password of your source belong to you; do not share them with others. Following your provider's rules, such as the number of connections, is your responsibility.

Your source details

Your source's address, username and password are stored encrypted on your device; your password does not reach our server; the one exception is adding a list to a TV from your phone. The details you type on preplay.cc/tv are kept encrypted on our server only to be passed on to your TV, and are deleted as soon as your TV receives them; if they are not received, they become unusable after 10 minutes and are deleted within 15 minutes at the latest. Which data is kept and for what purpose is described in detail in the privacy policy.

Usage statistics

There is no separate permission window: saving your first source of your own also means accepting the usage statistics listed in the privacy policy. You can turn the statistics off at any time in the app under Settings › About › Privacy; they do not need to be on for you to use the app. Users who never answered the permission question before this change are told about it once by the new version in an information note; for those who explicitly said "No", the statistics stay off.

Limits of the service

  • Premium Player is free and is provided as is. It is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors, or to be compatible with every device or every source.
  • The quality, continuity and content of the streams depend on your source; Premium Player cannot be held responsible for outages and problems at your source.
  • The app may be updated; a feature may be changed or removed. Updates are announced in the app.
  • To the extent permitted by the laws in force, no liability is accepted for indirect damage arising from the use of the app or from being unable to use it.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the effective date is updated. An important change is announced in the app or on this site. For questions: info@preplay.cc.
